Processing time
Two weeks (10 business days), from the date that all required documents are received and verified.

To avoid delays in the application process:

• Submit all required documents in the manner specified on the Required Documents
• include your CACB file number on all envelopes sent to CACB.
• review completeness and accuracy of all submission documents.
• provide clear, up-to-date, and accurate contact information (i.e. mailing address, phone, email), full legal name, and date of birth.
